Big Pa and Ma's house!

I just had to take a picture of all the fella's getting there grub on and ofcoarse Chad dipping out a GENEROUS portion of the gobble gobble... That one of my uncles hunted by the way, hahah not really!!! It was fun, Brayden got to play with his buddy and friend Josiah.... They were very cute together! :) Brayden didn't feel well, but he still put on a show... and then he cried.. it was a lot of fun! All my aunts, uncles, cousins, and their kids were there! I think around 35 people total was what it ended up being! :) Chad and the guys played cornhole outside most of the day and Chad discovered that he really likes my cousin's husband Ronnie!! :) He enjoyed everyone and really likes the fam! :) xoxo, MERRY CHRISTMAS....

Christmas Day :)

We woke up early Christmas day and started getting ready.. Brayden woke up with a yucky cough and runny nose. We all kinda thought it was just a little cold but it wasn't, our muffin was getting his first sicky icky stuff that would require a doctor and the "pink stuff".. :) After we got ready we took a few snap shots infront of the tree... Brayden was all decked out in his new outfit! :) ISN'T HE A DOLL!!

Brayden's first Christmas :)

We did our Christmas at mom and dads this year on Christmas Eve, so Santa came early!! He slept through the first part but woke up to open his presents... I know he loved everything especially the glowworm sissy got him! :) He told me he wanted some more toys to play with and he got'em... We also had Christmas at the Mentzers house a week before, he got a TON of cute fun stuff there also.... As soon as i get those pics i will post them as well, they are very cute!!! :) Santa was very good this year.. Next year he will know more of what to do!! :) I CAN'T WAIT!

Mr. Muffin..

Audrey once again did a great job on Brayden's pictures... He was not in the "greatest" moods for smiling but we got some great pictures of our little muffin! :) Everyone from the Mentzer side was there.. Lolly and Pop, Uncle Chuck and Aunt Shell and ofcoarse Aunt Sal :) They all had fun watching the shoot.. Lolly and Sal even joined in trying to get him to smile for us!! He was precious.... We love our muffin!! :)

Yum Yum..

I gave Brayden his first taste of the "real" world last Friday. HE LOVES IT! I give him about a Tablespoon and a half of Gerber rice cereal a night mixed with a little milky milk; give it a good stir and off to the mouth and down to the tummy it goes!!! :) The doctors said 4 months, but Brayden said two weeks early was okay, and since I am the mommy, I said okay.. Don't moms know best??? hahahaha!!! I did this in an attempt to get him to sleep longer.. He was doing great, sleeping from 10:30pm to 7:00am, but for some reason he was waking at 3am SCREAMING!! The cereal helped for a few days, but lastnight he woke again at 3am.. HE SECRETLY LOVES SLEEPING WITH ME... So I ofcoarse go upstairs and get him and we sleep together for a good 7 hours after that, waking up twice to eat!!! Not me, him! hahaha!

The gift that keeps giving...

OFCOARSE IT'S BRAYDEN!! :) He is our favorite Christmas present and is all we need this year and all to come for the rest of our lives!!! I am so excited about Brayden's first Christmas.. To get in the spirit, I put a big red bow on his head and WENT TO TOWN... I love taking pictures of the little guy!!! The more the "merrier"... These are my new favorites!!!

Mentzer Christmas Picture :)

So every year around this time Linda takes a picture of all her children with their significant other and this year the baby! I was a little crabby about it because I FORGOT and didn't dress Brayden in his cute muffin christmas clothes... But they turned out great and I am very sorry for throwing a fit!! Lol...

little froggy outfit!

My nanna sent him this precious little "kissy kissy" outfit with froggies on it!! I LOVE IT!! It is so so so so soft and cuddly.. Plus how can you not love a cute little froggy on an adorable little baby boy! I am sure one day he will catch the slimey suckers and bring them to me like it was a million dollars, he will wait on me to say "O HONEY, WHAT A COOL FROG", HAHAHA!! I will really want to scream and run tell Chad to get that 'thang' outta my sink! :)

Mom and Dad came down for a visit last weekend.. It was a lot of fun. We didn't do a whole lot but lay around, but when you have a "muffin" to play with who needs adult entertainment, ya know?? Just ask Rick, he kept him lastnight while the rest of us went to the "church show, i call it a contata, haha". He had a great time with him as well!! :) My mom and I tried so hard to get him smiling on camera, and we did it! :) FINALLY! He is a sweety pie!

Thanksgiving continued..

These are the last ones... Elizabeth got her turn at him, after she told us SHE WAS READY TO HAVE BABIES!!! Rick and Chad Challenged her husband Al to a game of pool.. If he lost, then it was settled, BABIES!! Guess what....... he lost, so get to work you two!! :) She was great by the way, as was Erin... I don't have any pic's of her holding him BUT SHE DID and he was sleepin like a baby on her chest!!! She was very sweet with him as well!!!! THANKS YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A GREAT DAY!
