going to Wal-Mart

Chad thought I needed to get out so we decided to go to Wal-Mart and try to exchange the diapers that Brayden had grown out of!!! I would never take him out in the cool weather without being warm, so I put his new teddy bear hat on him.. And ofcoarse took about a hundred pictures of him in it!!! He was just too cute! But then again, he is always cute! Daddy gave him his bath lastnight all by himself for the first time! He did a good job!! Brayden tinkled on him like he does me everytime his little booty hits that water!! It was funny! I got it on video... It is amazing how much he has grown since his first bath which i have on video also.. I compared the two last night and about passed out!!!! HE WAS SO TINY!!! I miss him being that little but it is getting funner and funner each day! When he looks at me now I can tell he is thinking, "MAN I LOVE YOU!" Or when we pick him up from a bad dream or fussy spell, he just gets so happy so fast and it is so comforting knowing that all he wanted was his mommy or daddy!!! We love him more every day!!!!!! He is sleeping right now in our living room floor (on a blanket) with Penny and Hagen laying right by him!! Tobee is ofcoarse guarding the blanket from any intruders and Crash is as always, on the chair not giving a dern! hahah!!!

New Crib Toy

TUMMMMY TIMMME!!!! This is a good way to keep him holding his head up for long periods of time, which is very good for him!!! We do this once a day, it is usually right after his 1pm feeding!!!!! I try to keep him awake for at least two hours! Sometimes it works and sometimes he falls right asleep!!! He loves it!!

BASKET FUN!

If it looks like I get bored, well rest assure it is just that I love playing with Brayden... And let's get real, how long is our baby going to fit in his baskets!!!! NOT TOO MUCH LONGER!!! So, I put him in it!!!! HE WAS COMFY! I thought he was going to go to sleep and that would have been funny too, but I wanted to take more pictures of him in his bed watching his new ocean world in his crib, so I took him out of the basket to put him in the crib!!!! I KNOW TOO CUTE!

He made new friends!

Keleigh brought over this elmo love seat and we were trying it out this morning. I sat him in it and he needed some assistance "sitting" up so I thought hmmmm... this would be a great time to make new friends!!! So I introduced him to Mr. Bear and Mr. Lion.... He loved them the most, but favored Mr. Lion more... Then I introduced him to Mr.Giraffe, Mr Froggy, and Mr. Soft Blue Bear!!!! That was tooooooo much for him so I will save them for another day! :) We had fun, and he loved it!!! He laughed at me for so long!!! Isn't he just a doll!!??

AFTER BATH TIME!!

We like to take photo's of Brayden after bathtime, HE IS SO SWEEEET THEN!!!

He also wrapped him up in his ANCIENT "nanny" I guess so he can show him one day that daddy has a nanny also! ALSOOO, Brayden is SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!!! He is doing so well ya'll. I feed him at 10:00, give him his bath then the amazing baby massage, THAT HE LOVES!! After all that I take him upstairs to his room and I put the ocean sounds on along wtih the little projection that shines on the ceiling, right now it is on fishy faces", then I rock him for maybe a minute and lay him down in bed... He is still awake but he puts himself to sleep after about twenty minutes!!! HE IS ABSOLUTELY A'FREAKIN'DORABLE!!

Brayden's first buddy sleep over!

Last Thursday Chad and I had a couple of our friends over for a SLEEP OVER! Melissa and Joey brought their little boy Houston over. We cooked dinner, we had steak, twice baked potatoes, and mushrooms sauteed in Cabernet, YUM!!! Brayden and Houston had their favorite meals also, "mommy's milk"... They loved it!! Houston was born two days after Brayden, he was 10 weeks early but is doing very good now!! He is a little cutie! We hope that one day they will be best friends... We can dig these pic's out and show them that they loved each other when they were just little babies! From the looks of it, Brayden will be protecting him but they are gonna both be little heart breakers! O to be young again!! ;)

ZOO TRIP

We went to the zoo on November 1st.. We thought Brayden would think the animals were funny but as you see here the only thing he saw for the two hours we were there were the back of his eye lids! I tried to wake him up a few times, but when a baby is sleeping HE SLEEPS!! Still though, Diana and I had a blast!!!! I loved it! It made me realize how much i really do hate snakes and spiders, but love Giraffes and Elephants! It was fun!! We had a great day!!! My camera ran out of juice so I didn't get many, but this is his first trip to the Zoo!

Happy Halloween :)

We dressed our little muffin up as a puppy dog! Needless to say he was ADORABLE!! He actually didn't mind it at all.. He smiled for us and we even took him trick or treating to MawMaw's house!! She told me I looked forty and my mom loooked like and ugly witch and that Diana was the only pretty one!! O MAW MAW!! hahahahah!! Maybe I look forty but my mommy was just a regular witch!!! GOLLEEE!! We all had fun!!! We have five puppies now!! ;)

Trick or "TREAT"

Soooooo, we get to my parents house on HALLOWEEN and this is what she has waiting for us... HOMEMADE SNICKER CUPCAKES, holy yum!!! We thought it would be cute to let Brayden take some pic's and even TEST the chocolate.. Daddy doesn't know this yet! hehe!! We touched a cupcake and let him sample his first "sin".. He LOVVVVED IT!! Not that we would make a habit of it, but it was adorable! The cupcakes were amazing by the way, thanks momma!

Aunt Sally :)

After the pumpkin patch we went to see grands and aunt Sally. Sally is so sweet with Brayden and her loves over-flows for him whenever she sees him. It makes me so happy to see how much she adores her little nephew... I haven't really gotten to spend any time with Sally, just her and I,

and I must say we had a pretty good time. We talked about "girlie" things and went and prowled around in "daddy's" room. It was fun!! We also discovered that Brayden loves to stick his tounge out!! Sally discovered this and I am so grateful to her for discovering my little mans new talent!! We love you Sal!

PUMPKIN PATCH :)

On October 30th, Chad and I took Brayden to his first ever pumpkin patch. He was not a happy camper only because he was due to eat but there is nothing that says he HAS to love the pumpkin patch right!? He looked so cute in his little orange shirt and hoodie hat! :) We had fun, we even bought him a baby Brayden pumpkin! Just couldn't resist! Here they are!!!
